If you have already experienced a health crisis, then this workshop will help you optimize your healing.

Even health conscious people sometimes do unfavorable things for their health due to a lack of knowledge. You will learn simple adjustments, drawn from evidence based practices that can greatly improve your health.

Modern medical science today recognizes the benefits of internal, non-physical exploration of healing. Latest advances in modern medical science validate elements of ancient Ayurveda and the strong link between self-care and regulating the mind reduces harmful behaviors that create conditions for chronic diseases. But why are devotees no exception to developing chronic conditions such as stroke, heart attack, high blood pressure, diabetes, memory loss and cancer?

HOW, level 1 will introduce you to prioritizing health creation as a daily practice of lifestyle.

Primarily, this workshop helps you find answers to such burning questions as

  • What are the laws of wellbeing and how can they can support our individual and collective spiritual growth?
  • What do we need our health for?
  • Do our current lifestyles and social compulsions fuel chronic non-infectious diseases and if so, what are some simple solutions?
  • How to see optimal health as an immediate reality rather than a remote possibility?

When we treat the lifestyle, we treat the root cause of chronic non-communicable diseases; as opposed to treating the superficial symptoms of disease. This workshop will explore solutions of current and ancient systems of wellness maintenance to attain balanced a lifestyle. Diet, sleep, emotional harmony, movement, self-directed spiritual practice and synchronizing with bio rhythms are the pillars of lifestyle.

Gopinath Das and Ananda devi dasi, are doing this service as a humble attempt to equip you with better skills to make better decisions about your self-care, and support your devotional service for a long time to come. By grasping evidence based principles of wellness, presented in this workshop, you will achieve optimal health as a solid foundation for your ongoing devotional service to Srila Prabhupada.

“Gopinatha das is a serious Vaisnava and caring, compassionate doctor, who personally helped me with many health Issues. Since he is serving Guru-Gauranga with his life and career, it is always encouraging to receive his medical care. His care is broad-minded, holistic and guided by Krishna, enabling him to arrange a lifestyle program in goodness that provides overall wellness for body, mind and soul. I greatly appreciate his approach to medicine because it has powerfully facilitated my devotional service.

Working with him on the maha-mantra study was a special experience for me to see that it was executed with a very scientific and professional approach, with the desire to please Srila Prabhupada, and to benefit the people involved in the research. The study was done with so much care, attention, preparation and great effort to serve and present some of the most valuable knowledge for holistic health. “
